Refund and Returns Policy

All products and services offered through this website are digital services. As such, we do not offer refunds or returns once service has been provisioned, activated, renewed, or delivered.

Our hosting and related services are billed on a month-to-month basis and are sold for a defined 30-day service period. We do not currently require long-term service contracts, which allows customers to evaluate and continue service on a monthly basis without a long-term commitment.

Returns

Because there are no physical goods involved, returns are not accepted for any service or digital product sold through this website.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not provided for:

  • reseller hosting plans
  • web hosting plans
  • mailbox or email add-ons
  • digital provisioning or setup work
  • partially used monthly service periods
  • unused service time
  • service interruptions caused by customer misconfiguration, third-party issues, or policy violations

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel service before your next billing date to prevent future monthly charges. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

Billing Disputes

If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute. We are happy to review legitimate billing concerns. Chargebacks filed for valid, delivered digital services may result in account suspension or permanent termination.
