1. Parties & Scope

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the services provided by NoNameVenturez LLC, an independent business entity operating under Illinois law. These Terms apply to all goods tendered to us for pickup, delivery, courier activity, attempted delivery, return handling, and storage.

2. Independent Business & Implied Acceptance

By tendering goods to NoNameVenturez LLC, whether directly or through a third-party platform (such as Roadie, Grubhub, or any dispatching service), the bailor or platform is deemed to have accepted these Terms. Third-party platform terms do not override our rights under Illinois law.

3. Definitions

Bailment: Goods temporarily entrusted to us for delivery or handling.
Involuntary Bailment: Goods we must retain because a platform outage or refusal prevents completion.
Involuntary Storage: Storage that occurs when delivery or return cannot be completed for reasons outside our control.
Bailor: The party or platform providing the goods.
Bailee: NoNameVenturez LLC.

4. Delivery & Courier Services

We perform deliveries using information supplied by the platform or bailor. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, app failures, or merchant/store refusal of returns.

5. System/App Failures & Involuntary Bailment

If a delivery or return cannot be completed because of platform errors, app crashes, missing barcode workflows, store refusal, or unavailable support, the contract of carriage is considered frustrated. Any goods remaining in our possession convert to involuntary bailment and are subject to storage fees.

6. Storage & Handling Fees

Involuntary storage begins when delivery or return becomes impossible due to platform or merchant failure. Fees apply as follows:

• $25 administrative fee per involuntary storage event.

6.3 Start of Storage Charges

Charges begin when:

• We have attempted delivery or return, but
• The platform prevents completion (missing barcode, app crash, store refusal), and
• We notify the platform that we cannot hold goods without compensation.

7. Retrieval, Abandonment & Disposal

The bailor must retrieve stored goods within 3 calendar days unless otherwise agreed. After this period, items may be considered abandoned and disposed of. All fees accrued remain the responsibility of the bailor.

8. Limitations of Liability

NoNameVenturez LLC is not a bonded storage facility or warehouse. During involuntary storage in a personal residence or private vehicle, we assume no liability for:

• Theft or break-ins,
• Weather-related damage,
• Damage from poor packaging, or
• Spoilage of perishable goods.

9. Payment Requirements for Storage & Fees

Storage charges, administrative fees, and handling fees must be paid using non-reversible, certified, immediate payment methods.

9.1 Accepted Payment Methods

• Zelle
• Cash App
• Bank transfer / wire transfer
• Cash (in-person only, with receipt issued)

9.2 Prohibited Payment Methods

We do not accept any payment method subject to chargebacks or reversals, including:

• Credit cards
• Debit cards
• PayPal
• Any platform-mediated payment (e.g., Roadie/GH/Uber internal billing)

9.3 Payment Timing

All involuntary storage fees must be paid before merchandise is released back to the bailor or their agent. Nonpayment may result in lawful disposal of the goods under Illinois bailment law.

10. Interstate Commerce Restrictions

NoNameVenturez LLC operates strictly within Illinois. We do not participate in interstate commerce.

10.1 Intrastate Operations Only

Any assignment requiring travel into Indiana, Wisconsin, Iowa, Michigan, Missouri, or any other state is automatically rejected.

10.2 No Federal Motor Carrier Activity

We do not hold FMCSA interstate authority. Any task that would classify us as a for-hire federal motor carrier is void.

10.3 Platform Misrouting

If a third-party platform conceals or fails to disclose that a delivery requires out-of-state travel, that assignment is void immediately upon discovery. NoNameVenturez LLC assumes no liability for partial transport or return-related issues.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Illinois law. Any dispute shall be resolved in Illinois courts.
